Good service

Overall Rating:
4 out of 5
By: johnny isaacs on Wednesday, September 20, 2006
From: lancaster, KY (United States)
Experience: 10 Months
Pros: Nice customer service,good features.

Cons: Bad on dropping calls, not great at keeping singals atleats where i live.

Summary: I like the service overall, but i get alot of dropped calls atleast when im at home. When im in town the singnal stays pretty strong, but the closer to home i get,the less of a singnal i have which is really annoying.Since i use my phone more when im at home than i do anywhere else, not being able to keep a singnal frustrates me alot. They do have really good customer service atleast from what times ive had to contact them, they have been really good at helping me out. They have good features as well,i really make use of the mobile to mobile with my girlfriend. And they let you upgrade to a new phone after so many months or so,which is also nice if you want a new phone for whatever reason. In the end Cell One is a nice service with a couple of flaws i guess but i like them and ive been with them for almost a year now and i dont plan on making a switch anytime soon.

Cell Phone Service with Cellular One

Overall Rating:
2.7 out of 5
By: Linda Swails on Wednesday, August 23, 2006
From: Bloomfield, NE (United States)
Experience: 1 Years
Pros: It is relatively a good plan with enough minutes for my use and my husband's use.

Cons: Not enough towers in the area make it difficult to get a good signal the closer I get to home. It is a small rural area with lots of hills, but I travel everyday to South Dakota to work and it works on about 1/2 the trip. I do like having it when I travel to Omaha to visit my daughter.

Summary: It is probably about as good as any other plan out there, it's just there aren't enough towers to keep a constant signal. I guess you have to take the good with the bad of living in a rural setting.

Cons: I have not been happy with anything since the changeover.

Summary: I have have been extremely unsatisfied with my service since being dumped for ATT Wireless. I can never seem to get a straight answer from anyone on the phone or in the store. All I have ever gotten is the run around.
