They offer quality products and service as well as friendly, polite and knowledgeable information and assistance. The main complaint with their product is that for those with poor eyesight, the phones are too small to see the numbers on the keypad or read the screen. Also, the size of the buttons on the keypad are too small for those with larger hands. It is also difficult to hear with a protective cover over the phone. This is the input of a senior citizen who really likes being able to carry a phone when I am away from home. I am looking at signing up with someone else due to expense, poor phone choices and questionable billing over calls I don't believe I made or recieved, but can't prove. They won't compromise.
