I've exchanged tens of emails witout any resolution. I called TMobile, all representatives say they are "delighted" to work with you but they really don't solve anything. Minutes just vanish.Summary: Customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. I've exchanged tens of emails witout any resolution. Fair service, awful customer serviceOverall Rating: By: Bill Szech on Thursday, July 24, 2008From: Hanover , PA (United States) Experience: 1 Years Pros: Inexpensive prepaid service; much cheaper than Verizon.Cons: T-Mobile is UNWILLING to disable receiving text messages, which I never use, and I have been receiving numerous texts from associates/creditors of the former owner of my phone number. Joined a class action suit against T-M since they absolutely won't help me disable texts, which they charge me money for.Summary: Spotty service around Hanover PA, especially south of town. Customer service has been pretty unhelpful as to the unwanted text/spam issue. 3 out of 3 people found this review helpful
Hate T-MobileOverall Rating: By: Linda Rice on Tuesday, March 11, 2008From: New Castle, DE (United States) Experience: 1 Days Pros: I like the phone services I had before.Cons: Customer service stinksSummary: I ordered a phone online and UPS said I sent it back refused delivery, T-Mobile said the package was damaged, and I had to do the order over again and they would take another 90.00 dollars and I would have to wait 30 days to get the money back from the first order! makes no sence they had the money(STILL HAVE MONEY) but I have no phone! 10 out of 25 people found this review helpful
T-MobileOverall Rating: By: Linda Brau on Saturday, February 16, 2008From: Joliet, IL (United States) Experience: 2 Years Pros: Inexpensive way to have a cell phoneCons: Worst customer service I have ever encounteredSummary: I wanted an inexpensive phone for emergencies. This was the cheapest way to go. I ordered a car charger with the phone but it was not included in the box. It took me 12 phone calls over 2 weeks to get customer service to understand that it was never put into the box. (they blamed UPS for something they never sent). Anyway I did eventually get it and individually the reps were nice but they seemed to have no training in their own company. 14 out of 29 people found this review helpful

BTW - Virginmobile USA lets you you view the call record online . 28 out of 44 people found this review helpful
