Fair service, awful customer serviceOverall Rating: By: Bill Szech on Thursday, July 24, 2008 2 out of 5From: Hanover , PA (United States) Experience: 1 Years Pros: Inexpensive prepaid service; much cheaper than Verizon.Cons: T-Mobile is UNWILLING to disable receiving text messages, which I never use, and I have been receiving numerous texts from associates/creditors of the former owner of my phone number. Joined a class action suit against T-M since they absolutely won't help me disable texts, which they charge me money for.Summary: Spotty service around Hanover PA, especially south of town. Customer service has been pretty unhelpful as to the unwanted text/spam issue. 3 out of 3 people found this review helpful

This was the cheapest way to go. I ordered a car charger with the phone but it was not included in the box. It took me 12 phone calls over 2 weeks to get customer service to understand that it was never put into the box. (they blamed UPS for something they never sent). Anyway I did eventually get it and individually the reps were nice but they seemed to have no training in their own company. 14 out of 29 people found this review helpful
