Pros: Price is good. Most reps are nice when calling in to have a phone problem resolved.Cons: dropped calls often, busy tone very often, calls don't connect, problems with texts and sending pictures. Many problems with phones. Bad service and no service in many areas. Billing problems Summary: I have had service with t-mobile for a total of over 5 years. but as of Feb 2009 service has been very bad. Many time I lose signal and drop calls repeatly. Some times several times a minute causeing four or more minutes to be deducted for a one minute call. At home now I can't keep a signal, before i had a very good signal. I have to regularly call into service to have them correct problems with the service, thats upto 5 times a week.
I LOVE T-MOBILE

Pros: YOU Can send back phone before a year. The service is great. the signal is great. They are getting new phones. THEY NOW HAVE 3G. And you can talk to anyone with t-mobile for free and you have my faves.Cons: NOTHING AT ALLSummary: I love t-mobile. I want at&t only for the iphone.(i don't want it anymore) and verizon for their phones, but t-mobile is the best. I love everything about it.
T-Mobile. Good phones. Decent call quality/service. Decent customer service.

Pros: Decent phones, (usually) good service, random, occasional perksCons: No service in some areas, staff at the store where we purchased everything can be...iffy.Summary: I begged my parents to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile because I wanted a Sidekick. We got a pretty good deal for switching - since there were five of us they dropped the $35 activation fee. Everyone was really nice the first few times we went in there, and when my sister had a problem with her Sidekick data plan they were very pleasant and fixed the problem. Also, we got a ten dollar off credit for the bill after our one year anniversary.
Now, that being said, I do have to say I was a little disappointed going back to the store when my mom had a problem with her phone. While the problem was resolved, it took some time, and she had to get a new phone shipped to us. She had to use a phone from them while she waited for her new one. Why she had to pay for the shipping or replacement or something for thee new phone is kind of beyond me, but I'm not T-Mobile (it was only $10 but still). Also, the staff at the store became kind of...rude after the sale. I'm sure it's that way with the majority of the cell phone providers, but it just kinda irked me. Going from super nice to I-could-really-care-less after a huge sale? Really?
All in all, I love T-Mobile. The have some good phones, and reception is usually good (I don't get service everywhere, but at least where I need it for the most part).

Pros: superior customer service, the hottest phone and great call qualityCons: noneSummary: i've been with t-mo since 1998. back then they were known as omni-point, then they became voicestream in 2000 which later change to t-mobile.
over the years there customer service went from good to great to the best. they make you feel like a big fish in a small pond, which to me is key. not to mention they have the best android phones and a good app store to go with it. i can't see myself switching carrier's in the future.

Pros: customer service is amazing, plans are reasonable, and phones are great.Cons: noneSummary: I don't understand what some of the people are saying about the service being bad or the customer service being rude I have never experienced that issue. The customer service has always been very kind and knowledgeable. I have a g1 and my sister has an iphone she can't even send picture messages? and she pays a rediculous amount for minutes and internet. I feel lucky to have such a great phone company. I also have the home service and I love it only time I have had issues is when my internet is running slow nothing to do with t mobiles service
