Can barely understand the person on the other end of the phone.Summary: My husband is at AIT (ARMY) in Aberdeen MD, and he gets NO SERVICE AT ALL. I had to take our son to the emergency room because he was having chest pains and I had no way of getting in contact with him. I call the tech support line, although the woman was nice she told me there was basically nothing she could do, so I'm just going to have to write my husband a letter letting him know our son was in the hospital. We've had NOTHING but problems with t mobile since we bought the phones in November. I WANT OUT OF THIS CONTRACT, and I want a carrier that is going to give me and my husband the service that we are paying for!!! 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful |
