Pros: Small, fits in your pocket.

Cons: Buttons on side of phone are easy to hit and can cause problems for the not so phone savy people like me.

Summary: My daughter and I have the same phone. She is 17 and loves it. I have some problems with mine and have to have her show me things. Over all a good phone.
