Pros: the phone is easy to useCons: The phone technically only has 2 buttons. Everyhting is attatched. When sending a text msg, it is very easy to end up hittind the "end" key. It does not support MMS, or picture/video texting, even tho it has an option for sending pictures. The right arrow brings you to the internet, and this cannot be changed. ALWAYS KEEP THIS PHONE LOCKED IF YOUR PLAN DOES NOT INCLUDE INTERNET USE. The buttons feel like cheap plastic and make a loud clicking noise when pressed.Summary: The overall feel of the phone is undescribable...in a negative way.
DO NOT buy this phone for a teenager. It is a basic phone for people who no nothing about phones and just use them to call (no offense, really).
One good thing about the phone is that it will make your next phone feel like its more fun than it really is... the freedom will overwhelm you. Oh! by the way, the phone has one game...SUDOKU >=[
