Seems it always needs a charge and have had many instances where I have to cut my call short. The antenna does not hold in the extended position. About 2 weeks aftetr I got the phone, the mechanism that holds the antenna in the extended position failed. When you drop the phone, it shuts off. I had a stretch where the phone would indicate there was no SIM card. Upon inspection, the clip that holds the SIM card in place against the contacts was not strong enough to keep the SIM card in contact at all times. I had to manually bend the tang to increase the pressure on the SIM card to ensure it was in contact which seemed to resolve the issue. There have been several times where I can hear the person on the other end, but they cannot hear me.
