Pros: Nice Phone Cons: The earpiece has gone out and can only use it on speaker. Cons: hard to understand, very poor reception especially in my home. Summary: this is the worst phone i've ever bought and certainly not worth the 112.00 i spent on it. i cant figure out how to delete anything on this phone, e-mails are full, it's telling me to delete some messages but where do i go to delete them. The same with phone numbers that aren't anygood anymore, i can't delete them. this phone sucks.
