Cons: It's huge, the screen freezes and the buttons quit working.

Summary: I bought this phone thinking it's nice and rugged. The day after I bought it, I took it back to the store because my screen froze and none of the buttons worked. (I did nothing dumb to it like dropping it or anything.) The sales person checked it out and said "Sometimes you have to take the battery out to re-set it like a computer." She popped the battery out, put it back in and the phone turned on and worked. I said "Try turning it off and on again to see how it will act." She did and the phone froze up again. Buttons not working and the screen stopping and starting like a bad digital movie. So they swapped it out with another one. But before I took it I had them turn it on and off a couple times to make sure it would work. It seemed to work fine. The next day I had to visit a friend in the Hospital and had to turn my phone off for a while. Bad move. It half way turned off when the screen froze and none of the buttons would work. I took this one back to the store also. Again they said that I had to just take the battery out to re-set it like a computer. Well, you know what?....I'm NOT going to do that every time I have to turn my phone off! That's not right. This phone has some technical problems and I got my money refunded.
