Pros: Excellent call quality. Solid feel. Camera takes good pictures. Speakers and ringers are loud enough to be used in higher noise environments.Cons: I prefer a lanyard and earbud jack. Not on this product. Menus can be confusing. I am still learning my way around the phone. Available holster stores the display away from the body. Not advisable for a phone advertised for use in abusive environments.Summary: I am a Field Service Technician. I never know if I will be in a vehicle, factory, or outside while working. I use a phone at about 800-900 calling minutes a month for work alone. The product thus far has lived up to advertisement. Great signal quality. Functionality is good. Used in heavy rain. Phone has been dropped on concrete(more than once). I would recommend this phone to others. If I had to describe it in one word it would either be "Solid" of "Dependable". AS I use a cell phone as much as I do I appreciate the old fashioned earbud jack (i've never had a battery run dead on an earbud). This phone has no such jack so I will ding it a little. I have no battery issues, I always charge my battery every nite, and the battery life easily carries the phone through an entire day.

Pros: Great voice clarity, easy to use/program, nice loud ringtones. Cons: It's huge, the screen freezes and the buttons quit working. Summary: I bought this phone thinking it's nice and rugged. The day after I bought it, I took it back to the store because my screen froze and none of the buttons worked. (I did nothing dumb to it like dropping it or anything.) The sales person checked it out and said "Sometimes you have to take the battery out to re-set it like a computer." She popped the battery out, put it back in and the phone turned on and worked. I said "Try turning it off and on again to see how it will act." She did and the phone froze up again. Buttons not working and the screen stopping and starting like a bad digital movie. So they swapped it out with another one. But before I took it I had them turn it on and off a couple times to make sure it would work. It seemed to work fine. The next day I had to visit a friend in the Hospital and had to turn my phone off for a while. Bad move. It half way turned off when the screen froze and none of the buttons would work. I took this one back to the store also. Again they said that I had to just take the battery out to re-set it like a computer. Well, you know what?....I'm NOT going to do that every time I have to turn my phone off! That's not right. This phone has some technical problems and I got my money refunded.

Pros: Feel, grip, inside screen specs. Phone is just 7 hours old.Cons: The top "click-latch" on the top of the phone's back battery cover.
Side"clicks" on this cover are difficult to engage.Summary: I bought 2 new phones today .. MOTOROLA TUNDRA and a SAMSUNG RUGBY. Motorola for me and Samsung for the wife. We are testing them now.
One small problem on both phones. Make sure back phone cover that cover battery area is securely "clicked" into place on both phones. The Motorola is more difficult than the Samsung. ....... At the AT&T store, we disengaged and dropped the back cover on the Motorola several times when we thought that it was locked. On both of these phones ... make sure that the "SIDES" of the back cover are "CLICKED" into place on "BOTH SIDES" of the back covers to keep their "dust free specs" and to keep from losing back covers.
I will post more as I used them. ......... signed...
