Pros: Nice Design, Stereo Bluetooth, Good Sound Quality, Nice music player features.Cons: Voice Command turns on speakerphone.Summary: This phone is a decent phone for what it is. The outstanding item is the music playing feature. It has controls on the front that allow you to play/pause/change songs without opening the flip.
My biggest complaint is that the Voice Command button automatically turns on the speakerphone. (There is a separate speakerphone button that I could push if I WANTED to use speakerphone.) With my old Motorola, I frequently opened it, pushed the Voice Command button and dialed someone by voice. Now if I do this, I am automatically on speakerphone. If I had known this, I would not have gotten this phone.
