Pros: Compact, easy to navigate, comfortable design, customer service is very helpful and very patient. Wonderful picture quality for the size.

Cons: Video capability has become sluggish ( after 2 weeks of using the phone ) play back of videos are also sluggish.

Summary: All in all, if you want a good phone that had a camera, this one is excellent. Plays mp3 ring tones, games are not the best but.... camera makes up for it.
