Nokia 6555 user review

Cons: No battery life whatsoever.They had to replace the battery three times in 4 months.Also the battery heats up to the point that it burns your ear.It drops calls or shuts off completely.The phone has been replaced with a "refurbished" one,but the problems persist.Also, the customer service at Nokia is very very POOR!

Summary: THIS PRODUCT (NOKIA 6555) SHOULD BE RECALLED.THE BATTERY(BL-5C ) GETS DANGEROUSLY HOT.I was told by Nokia that the battery was on their "advisory", whatever that means, but each time they replace it , I end up with the same problems.
