They are clear and crisp. I am giving this phone a good review also because of the fact that it has a nice camera, great screen, and great battery life. I have also found in my area that I am getting better reception on this phone then my husband gets on his RAZR.Cons: Even simple small flip phones should come with Bluetooth. Sound quality is not that great. Summary: For me the C300 has been an easy phone to learn and I enjoy using it.
