Pros: Love the phone, and the keys!

Cons: This has only happen once but early this morning the phone actually shut off on me in mid txting....i didnt power down, but just went white. Also, it might be a carrier issue but a few of my txt messages would actually go to the wrong person....only happened a couple of times but i think it was because i was txting heavely to multi people. O if u love to txt, get ready to charge this phone every night.

Summary: Other than the little minor problems stated above, i really love the phone....one of the coolest non touch screen phones out there.

I would tell everyone to pick up the phone if u dont want to be like everyone now days with a touch screen.

Pros: Everything except what I really needed looks good so far.

Cons: There is a new software version that is suppose to work with the Ford Sync but I cannot get Samsung or Verizon to get me that software. I will be returning this phone.

Summary: Samsung, Verizon and Ford need to get their act together. Why advertize a feature that is not
supported. In addition, Verizon needs to make sure that their sales reps know exactly what features are support and what is not. Being lied to by several different reps before getting this phone is very annoying. The main feature I wanted is NOT supported. But all the reps I talked to before getting this phone said it was support. I would recommend that before anyone gets this phone, they find someone who has it to make sure all the features they want are support. Sales reps and some tech support people at both Verizon and Samsung do not know what is supported.

Pros: Qwerty keyboard is excellent and easy to use. Many great features! The bomb if your not needing all the smart phone features.

Cons: It won't clean the windows.

Summary: Great features and the Elink technology is awesome! Easy to read and use. Nice addition of shortcut buttons. Durable feel. Bright clear screen and nice 2.0 megapixel camera. Simply a great 'dumb' phone with some smart phone features. Samsung made the right improvements to an innovative flip phone.
