Samsung JetSet-R550 Cell Phone

Cons: phone malfunctioned within 2 weeks of purchase date

Summary: two weeks after i purchased the phone, it shut off and when i went to try and turn it on all it would do is flash at me. It came on a few days later, and i went to my provider and explained the situation, they basically told me there was nothing they could do because the warrant wouldn't cover it. It went well for another week and a half or so. I tried to make a call to a friend and i couldn't hear him and he couldn't hear me, but the counter on the phone continued to count. He said he got the call but noone was on the other end. i turned the phone off and took the battery out, and again it wouldn't come back on and continued to flash. it has been doing this on and off. It has been an off period for the last day.
