Problem with alerts

Pros: Some alerts work. On 1/28/09 11 events for alerts were programmed. 9 worked.Cons: Some don't. The alert for Event 4 did not work. The alert for Event 6 is uncertain because I was separated from my phone. More alerts failed earlier both for me and my plan partner, but I did not record them. I thought I just needed more practice with the settings.Summary: Today, 1/31/09, the alert for Event 1 did not work.
The settings below are as recorded on View, with "Event 1" substituting for my personal Event.

The alerts for Events 2, 3, and 4 this morning, programmed with essentially the same steps as above, also failed. The volume level for the alerts is not the cause.
