I also recommend that phone if you like to have a personalized device. However, the memoir has an amazing speakerphone, especially compared to the sidekick. I also love having youtube on a phone. and if you get lost easily like i do, the tele navigation is awesome. just buy a car charger if thats going to be used a lot. I enjoy the easy interface that allows for a customizable home screen. I recommend this phone highly. Just 2 things, plastic hard case and a car charger. These two things will make you much happier with it. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful Samsung Memoir T929Overall Rating: By: John Gorman on Friday, March 13, 2009From: Phoenix, AZ (United States) Experience: 1 Months Pros: Size, weight, touch screenCons: Battery didn't get me through the first day, screen is blank in sunlight, ringer weak, couldn't hear ringer when I put it in my pants pocket, volume of mp3 player very weak. Except for the lack of a touch screen, my 3 year old Nokia N73 blows this away.Summary: I returned it, they need to upgrade to fix these problems, especially the battery life, before I would consider it again. 4 out of 9 people found this review helpful |
