Samsung SCH-i760 user review
Not all thatBy: Ron Henderson on Thursday, November 08, 2007 From Minneapolis (United States) Experience: 3 Days Pros: Great for e-mail, text and web.Cons: Tough to use as a phone.Summary: The slide out key pad works great for banging out e-mail and text messages. The horizontal orientation is also good for the web browser. Unfortunatley, the device is lacking in it's primary use as a phone. You have to push at least two buttons to get into phone mode, and then navigate from there. The on screen phone pad is redundant with the built in unit as well. During several calls, the touch screen became active and opened up several applications which when open, prevent you from using the phone funtions. You have to use the stylus for almost all onscreen functions, which is also a pain if you are just trying to make a call. Forget about using this thing if you are driving (or walking). I will be returning this for either a Blackberry pearl, or the Voyager (when it comes out). 7 out of 14 people found this review helpful |
