Products we receive for exchange will be processed with 24-48 hours. Products we receive for a refund will be issued a credit within 14 business days.

No, but by registering you will not have to fill out the shipping or billing information every time you shop on Tech-Faq.com.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes, we offer UPS or Fedex 2nd Day air for an additional charge that can be selected at time of checkout. This service is not available for any P.O. box address.
How are orders shipped?
Orders are generally shipped by USPS. Orders over three pounds and 2 nd Day orders are generally shipped by UPS or fedex.
How much is shipping?
Standard USPS shipping is $4.99 on all orders. UPS and Overnight delivery is also available.
Do you ship to address outside the USA and Canada?
No, at this time we do not ship to destinations outside the USA.
Are all of your products brand new?
Yes, all products are brand new and back by our 90 limited warranty.
