Pioneer 2.7 Rate Buster Service

Overall Rating:
3 out of 5
By: Gregory Moll on Thursday, October 29, 2009
From: Redding, CA (United States)
Experience: 3 Months
Pros: I like the cost, drastically cut my long distance charges to call my daughter in Iowa.

Cons: First month of service I was unable to call Iowa and had to be re-routed. Now hear a slight buzz on phone line.

Summary: Would like more consistant quality of service as far as dependability and sound quality. In state calls seem to sound fine but out of state calls have interference.
I am very happy with the savings that I am seeing compared to the 10-10 service that I was previously using. They increased the charges over the years and my calls kept costing more and more. I hope that you maintain the current rate and if charges should increase that I be informed.

Independence from the Ma-Bell!

Overall Rating:
4 out of 5
By: Chris Thibeaux on Tuesday, August 18, 2009
From: Opelousas, LA (United States)
Experience: 90 Days
Pros: Very low rates, good sound qualtity.

Cons: Sometimes takes a bit longer for the connection to be made, but it's a small price to pay for all the good I receive.

Summary: Was skeptical about changing from Ma-Bell to a long distance carrier who I knew nothing about, but the rates were too good to pass up. It's been 3 months now, and I have had plenty of time to 'sample" their service. If feels so good to have Ma-Bell begging me to come back...no way!

service

Overall Rating:
5 out of 5
By: Gordon Lew on Saturday, July 04, 2009
From: San Francisco, CA (United States)
Experience: 3 Months
Pros: fantastic setup and low cost

Cons: none

Summary: The service is fantastic and it beats the high long distance charges of the big phone companies--i.e. AT%T. The first 3 months of services has yet equal what I was being charges by that other company. If you can get service with Pioneer Telephone I would tell you sign up.

Long Distance - Did you know?

Many people are using their cell phones for long distance calls. If you divide your minutes by your monthly bill, you’ll see that regular long distance (especially the plans offered on our site) are less expensive in almost all cases. And, if you go over your minutes, you’ll be paying 20-40 cents per minute. Plus, by using long distance at home you’ll have better clarity!
