What do I need to do if I have not received my confirmation email?

After completing an order at ##SITENAMESHORT for new long distance services you will be notified that a confirmation email is being sent.  If you do not receive your confirmation email then you should do just what you did, contact us!  We can be reached at ##EMAILCUSTOMERCARE and will be more than happy to resend your confirmation email. 

To help ensure we are able to find your order quickly please remember to always provide us with the following details about the order placed:

  • CUSTOMER NAME
  • TELEPHONE NUMBER
  • EMAIL ADDRESS
